Dear Region 1 Participants:
On Saturday and Sunday, in the area of our competition venue, there will also be both a big concert and an "Inflatable Run". SO.. there will be some road closures and variations in inbound traffic. Attached here is a map showing routes to get to the gymnastics meet. Please forward this very important info out to all you know are coming so they are aware there will be some traffic delays and detours. This will be for both Saturday & Sunday. Be sure to plan to arrive early due to potential traffic delays.
Essentially you can get to Rawhide from I-10 off Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Pecos or the 347 and follow any of those three RED lines marked for INBOUND traffic. You will circle around a little but just follow the GYMNASTICS signs.
***PARKING costs $5 ONLY IF YOU MENTION the "GYMNASTICS DISCOUNT" when paying.***
Normal price is $10 per car. You will pay for parking where the star on the map is marked at the intersection of 48th Street & Wild Horse Pass Road and then proceed to park just South and next to the Gymnastics Event Center.
